Hier zijn een aantal eenvoudige tips te tweaken Nautilus - file explorer Ubuntu's - of althans een aantal van de opties in te voeren. Voor sommige ze zijn vrij duidelijk, maar voor noobs ze zijn zeer de moeite waard een kijkje.
Dit is een persoonlijk ding, niet noodzakelijk at all! Dan weer, als je een tweak freak, net als ik, en net als uw bestand management 'gewoon zo', dit helpt de productiviteit.
Open een map, onder de Places menu, en vervolgens: --

In eenvoudige copy / paste stappen .. van nul tot held.

Edit > Preferences
On the Views tab:-
- elect to View new folders using List View , to see more details
- check to Show hidden and backup files
On the Behavior tab:-
- check Single click to open items (why waste 2 clicks when you can use 1?)
- uncheck Ask before emptying the Trash or deleting files
On the List Columns:-
- check to add Group , Owner & Permissions
There are other handy options, especially for Media , if that's important to you.
